our company
Quintessential Realty was founded in 2019 by Quinisha “Quin” Lawrence. Quin is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, a licensed real estate broker and commissioned notary with statewide jurisdiction. As a civil law notary, Quin has the authority to perform tasks in the state of Louisiana that only attorneys can perform in other states and her commission is for life.
In 2010, Quin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business, becoming the first person in her family to earn a college degree.
Quin has over 10 years of property management experience, including long-term rentals in the New Orleans and Baton Rouge areas and is an experienced Airbnb host for multiple properties around the Greater New Orleans area.
Quintessential Realty has sold over $20 million in real estate since 2019 and was featured in Black Entrepreneurship Magazine in 2021.
